Great location close to various restaurants and shops. Easy access to public transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even offering a refreshing drink upon arrival. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained with comfortable beds. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of options.

Although the hotel was in a convenient location, the noise from the nearby street could be heard in the rooms, making it difficult to sleep at times. the hotel lacked certain amenities such as a fitness center or pool, which would have been nice for some exercise or relaxation during down time.

Bedroom was beautiful. It is really close to the airport. Hotel was situated just walking distance from chac mool beach:)))

Beautiful scenery and fantastic breakfast. the hotel had stunning views, and the breakfast was always delicious. It was located in a quiet area but not too far from the main attractions, which was great.

Poor communication and transportation. It was challenging to communicate with the staff, and sometimes there was no one available to open the gate.

The hotel left me with an unforgettable luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities were something else and every need was fulfilled with grace and style. the location advantages were great - I could enjoy peace and quiet away from the hustle of the city. The restaurant served the most delicious dishes while the bar/lounge area provided an ideal setting for drinks. Cons: There was only one minor issue, the swimming pool was too small. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area more than made up for it.
